1.	first you go to RUN ,type heap press ENTER ,to display one floder ,you should delete the content after that go to taskbar manager and press PROCESS TAB and absure that network.exe or heap.exe ,to select it and CLICK END PROCESS after that Restart your computer ,in ur system orkut is work Answered by: vijay89
